Can you work in my building's parking? هل تعملون في مواقف مبناي؟
Usually yes, and most towers in West Bay and Lusail allow it. Check with your building management first, because a few compounds ban maintenance work in their parking. If they refuse, we can meet you on the street outside.
غالباً نعم، ومعظم الأبراج في الخليج الغربي ولوسيل تسمح بذلك. تحقق من إدارة المبنى أولاً، فبعض المجمعات تمنع أعمال الصيانة في مواقفها. إذا رفضوا، يمكننا مقابلتك في الشارع خارج المبنى.
Can you polish the car in my parking space? هل يمكنكم تلميع السيارة في موقفي؟
Only in shade. Polishing compound dries almost instantly on paint that has been sitting in Doha sun, and it can leave marks that take longer to remove than the scratches we came for. Covered parking is ideal. Open ground works early morning or after sunset.
في الظل فقط. معجون التلميع يجف فوراً تقريباً على طلاء تعرّض لشمس الدوحة، وقد يترك آثاراً تستغرق إزالتها وقتاً أطول من الخدوش التي جئنا لأجلها. المواقف المغطاة هي الأفضل. أما المكشوفة فتصلح في الصباح الباكر أو بعد الغروب.
Do you use water? هل تستخدمون الماء؟
Not for a standard wash. A waterless product lifts the dust into a lubricating film that comes off with clean towels, which is why we can work in basements where hoses are banned and there is no drain. Interior deep cleans use an extractor, which holds its own water and takes it away again.
ليس في الغسيل العادي. المنتج بدون ماء يرفع الغبار في طبقة مزلقة تُزال بمناشف نظيفة، ولهذا نستطيع العمل في الأقبية التي تمنع الخراطيم ولا يوجد فيها تصريف. أما التنظيف الداخلي العميق فيستخدم جهاز شفط يحمل ماءه ويأخذه معه.
How long does a job take? كم تستغرق الخدمة؟
A wash at your door takes 45 to 90 minutes. An interior deep clean needs two to three hours and a polish two to four, because the carpets have to dry and the paint has to be worked in the shade. On the road, a puncture runs 30 to 60 minutes, battery help 20 to 40, and roadside assistance 25 to 45.
الغسيل عند بابك يستغرق من ٤٥ إلى ٩٠ دقيقة. التنظيف الداخلي العميق يحتاج ساعتين إلى ثلاث، والتلميع من ساعتين إلى أربع، لأن السجاد يجب أن يجف والطلاء يُعالج في الظل. أما على الطريق فإصلاح البنشر من ٣٠ إلى ٦٠ دقيقة، ومساعدة البطارية من ٢٠ إلى ٤٠، والمساعدة على الطريق من ٢٥ إلى ٤٥.
Do I need to be there? هل يجب أن أكون موجوداً؟
For most jobs no, as long as the crew can reach the car and you are reachable by phone to approve the price. For anything needing the engine started or the car moved, someone with the keys has to be present.
في معظم الخدمات لا، ما دام الفريق يستطيع الوصول للسيارة وأنت متاح على الهاتف للموافقة على السعر. أما ما يتطلب تشغيل المحرك أو تحريك السيارة، فيجب حضور شخص معه المفاتيح.
What if the problem is bigger than expected? ماذا لو كانت المشكلة أكبر من المتوقع؟
The crew tells you before touching anything. Some faults need a lift or a workshop, and pretending otherwise wastes your day. In that case you pay the call-out fee only, and we point you to a garage that can handle it.
يخبرك الفريق قبل أن يلمس أي شيء. بعض الأعطال تحتاج رافعة أو ورشة، والتظاهر بغير ذلك يضيّع يومك. في تلك الحالة تدفع رسوم الزيارة فقط، ونرشدك إلى ورشة قادرة على معالجتها.

Cash or card to the crew when the work is finished. Nothing is charged up front, and the receipt comes through the app.
